Yesterday we had a brilliant day delivering two Social Media workshops for South West Water. Our first workshop was delivered for their Corporate Communications & Social Media Advocacy team – the purpose of this workshop was to review their current Social Media activity, introduce them to the many features of Social Media that can be used to build engagement, growth & brand awareness & help them consider key ideas in developing a solid & easy to implement Social Media strategy.
Our second workshop was for their Customer Service team. Once again we focused on reviewing their current activity, sharing key background knowledge that could be used to improve & grow their presence – but with a real focus on brilliant customer service & active monitoring.
We were really impressed with all of our workshop attendees & their eagerness to learn & develop their presence for South West Water. Everyone was full of great ideas & inspiration & we know that everything we taught will be implemented & developed upon.
