Well… quite a lot, actually! Let’s dive headfirst into the latest updates and what they mean for you: 🧡🩷
âž¡ Tall Grid: First up is the change to the ratios of the graphics on the grid. For most of us, they have changed from square to rectangle. (4:5)
âž¡ Adjust Preview: Having problems making your previously posted square posts now look perfect on your grid? Well don’t worry. Hit the three dots on the graphic/photo and select “adjust preview” and you’ll be able to adjust how your visual looks.
âž¡ Customise Thumbnail: On this note, for those perfectionists out there, you will be able to adjust your thumbnail.
âž¡ Instagram Edits: Instagram plan to launch their very own editing app to rival CapCut. This will give you access to range of new editing tools and audio.
âž¡Direct Posting: You’ll soon be able to post directly to your grid, bypassing the feed entirely.
➡ When scrolling through Reels, your friends will see what Reels you’ve liked as your profile picture will pop up on each one.
âž¡ Instagram are in the process of creating a DISLIKE comment button.
